Stay Academy

We've partnered with Stay, a leading guest experience platform, to build an Academy that drive leads, and educates 1000's of hotels, properties, and their employees on how to build a world class guest experience using Stay's Guest OS methodology and software.

  • Phase 1: Plan - Budget, Hire Academy Program Leader, set the Strategy, build the first course + certification and select/implement LMS.
  • Phase 2: Go live - market the cert (internally and to customers), analyze and improve course, translate to Spanish
  • Phase 3: Scale - Developed additional courses, relaunch help docs integrating Academy course content.

Circle Academy

Circle.so partnered with us to launch their customer Academy with a focus on scaling their onboarding and educating companies and their users on how to build engaging and thriving communities.

  • Phase 1 - User research, curriculum and development, certification ops, and build-out using Circle.so's LMS functionality.
  • Phase 2 - Launched 2 courses with 1 cert, promotion, user engagement, feedback, and analysis.
  • Phase 3 - Currently executing

Lattice U

Lattice partnered with us to reorg and redesign Lattice University. The focus was to operationalize the creation and upkeep of product education and to capitalize on their HR leadership by incorporating good practices, and proven strategies throughout the education

  • Phase 1: Assess current content, processes, onboarding flows, and user behaviors.
  • Phase 2: Create a reporting structure, develop courses, implemented new LMS, launched new courses.
  • Phase 3: Developed a 2025 program expansion playbook

Pleo partnered with us to design, develop, and launch their partner Academy with the goal of 

  • Phase 1 - Advised on program strategy, Curriculum roadmap, course development.
  • Phase 2 - Advised internal team on LMS selection and executed course creation acceleration.

ActivityInfo Academy

Activity info partnered with us to build their Academy, initially for customers. Users need both strong subject matter expertise and a cohesive understanding how to use ActivityInfo to attain and report on their program goals.

  • Phase 1: Advised on the rogram strategy and alignment with existing onboarding/CS motions.
  • Phase 2: Beta - Advised on the development and delivery of a VILT to a cohort to validate and gather insights on the final on-demand version.
  • Phase 3: Advised on an LMS selection, and on-demand certification build-out.

Voyc Village

Voyc partnered with us to take their Academy (Village) from beta to live. The focus was to build an Academy that could reduce CS FTE's as they expanded into new regions.

  • Phase 1: Advised on the analysis and program/curricula design.
  • Phase 2: Advised on the LMS selection and migration.
  • Phase3: Relaunch Voyc Village to the entire customer base.

SimilarWeb Academy

SimilarWeb partnered with the goal of building an Academy that both leveled up their internal teams domain expertise while simultaneously raising their brands externally facing expertise in the industry. 

  • Advised on the design, development of the program.
  • Coached up an internal hire on Academy program development and course/cert development
  • Advised and provided reviews on course development from SME interviews through course launch.
